Returns & Exchanges
At ÁTHOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original condition and packaging to maintain the integrity of our curated collection.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original ÁTHOS boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed RMA form inside.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
